Manchester Based Doctor Allegedly Impreganted 12-Yr-Old Girl Three Times
One Manchester based medical doctor has found himself in a rather unpleasant situation.
The 38-year-old doctor has been charged with grievous sexual assault and procuring abortion.
According to Irie FM, it is alleged that in 2014, Dr. Grey, on two separate occasions, sexually assaulted and impregnated a girl, who was 12 years old at the time. Its further alleged that the doctor aborted the 2 pregnancies.
The crown is also claiming that on a third occasion in 2015, the doctor again sexually assaulted the girl, and impregnated her.
This third pregnancy was aborted at a local hospital.
In court yesterday, defense attorney Hensley Williams argued that there was no forensic evidence to substantiate the crown’s claims.
The lawyer said there was no independent witness to support the allegations made against his client.
In making bail application, Williams argued that the complainant, who is now 14 years old, is suffering from a mental illness.
He says his client has denied the allegations made by the girl.
The court granted bail to the medical doctor in the sum of 2 hundred thousand dollars, with some sureties.
The mater returns to court on Wednesday, May 4.
