Teenager’s Suspected Suicide Shocks Many in Runaway Bay

On Wednesday afternoon, the body of 17-year-old Dacia Reynolds was found hanging from a tree in her yard in Old, Road, Runaway Bay (St Ann).

Her death has reportedly cast a cloud of sadness and disbelief over her community.

Reynolds was a past student of the Ferncourt High School in the parish.

She was reportedly attending a cosmetology school in St Ann’s Bay, St Ann at the time of her death.

Overwhelmed with grief, Reynolds’ mother reportedly needed to be rushed to hospital following the discovery.
