Destined For Greatness (Short Film)
In Destined For Greatness, we see a young man who, like many Jamaicans is unable to eke out a decent living despite his efforts to find work.
In the opening scenes, the young man begs a representative from a water company not to disconnect his water supply.
His pleads fall on deaf ears and the representative proceeds to cut off his water supply.
In later scenes the young man finds a menial job which forces him to toil in the sun for days, only for him to be later refused his pay.
He eventually reaches his breaking point and just as he is about to attempt suicide, something happens…
