Jamaican Teenage Football Sensation Kaheim Dixon Draws Interest from Multiple European Clubs
Nineteen-year-old Kaheim Dixon, a prodigious young talent, has found himself at the centre of a transfer whirlwind, with agent Kevin Cowan confirming significant interest from clubs across Europe and the MLS.
Cowan revealed that clubs hailing from Belgium, Denmark, Portugal, and the MLS have expressed their keen interest in acquiring the services of the young attacker, whose performances on the pitch have been nothing short of remarkable.
However, amidst the excitement surrounding his potential move, Cowan emphasised the importance of tempering expectations and allowing Dixon the space to continue his development journey unhindered.
Dixon’s meteoric rise to prominence can be traced back to his exploits with Clarendon College, where he played an instrumental role in securing both the daCosta Cup and Oliver Shield titles during the 2023 schoolboy football season, netting an impressive tally of 32 goals.
His goal scoring ability was further showcased on the international stage, as he emerged as the top scorer for the Jamaica All Schools team at the CASA Youth Classic tournament in Florida.
Dixon’s recent inclusion in the senior national team setup further underscores his burgeoning talent, with a memorable debut goal against Trinidad and Tobago serving as a testament to his potential on the international stage.
