Jamaica’s Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw Earns Spot on Women’s Super League PFA Team of the Year in England!
Jamaican international striker Kadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw has secured her place on the Women’s Super League PFA Team of the Year in England, a fitting recognition for her exceptional achievements during the 2022/23 season.
A goal-scoring sensation, Shaw netted an impressive 31 goals in 30 matches across various competitions for Manchester City.
Her stellar performance earned her the esteemed title of Manchester City’s Player of the Season, a testament to her undeniable abilities on the field.
The spotlight further illuminated Shaw’s brilliance as she clinched the Barclays Women’s Super League Player of the Month award for October and secured the hearts of fans by claiming the PFA Fans’ Player of the Month award for January.
Beyond her club triumphs, Shaw played a pivotal role in propelling the Reggae Girlz to secure their spot in a consecutive World Cup appearance.
Her leadership also guided Jamaica to a commendable third-place finish at the Concacaf Women’s Championship.
