WATCH: Usain Bolt, Carl Lewis and Jesse Owens in a ‘Race of Legends’
Race of Legends!
They are easily among the most iconic sprinters of all time.
Usain Bolt, Carl Lewis and Jesse Owens all dominated the sport of track and field during their careers.
And over the years, many pundits of the sport have fathomed what a race featuring all three athletes would look like.
And Eurosport, with some technological assistance has shown us exactly how a race between the three athletes could have looked.
Eurosport created a video using sprints by Usain Bolt, Carl Lewis and Jesse Owens‘ from the 2012, 1984 and 1936 Olympics, respectively.
The sprints were all superimposed on the 2012 London Olympic track.
Their times are as follows:
Bolt — 9.63
Lewis — 9.99
Owens — 10.3
