Rio Games Schedule For Jamaica – August 15
On Sunday, August 14, Jamaica’s Usain Bolt etched his named into the record books once again by becoming the first person ever to win gold in the men’s 100m event at three consecutive Olympic Games.
Bolt slowed down marginally just before the finish line during his victory strides clocking a time of 9.81s to take first place ahead of Justin Gatlin of America who clocked 9.89s.
Today, Jamaica’s gold medallist in the women’s 100m, Elaine Thompson will grace the track once again as she competes the 200m heats.
