Queen Ifrica Tops Billboard Reggae Album Chart

Queen Ifrica on Top!

Queen Ifrica is now sitting atop the Billboard Reggae Album chart courtesy of her album – Climb.

The album, which was released on March 3 by VP MUsic Group is comprised of 17 tracks and is Ifrica’s second to make the Billboard charts.

Her previous album to chart – Montego Bay was released in 2009 and peaked at number nine.

Ifrica is the first female artiste in three years to hold the number one spot on the Billboard Reggae album chart.

In 2014, Etana earned her place atop the chart with her album I Rise. Meanwhile Trinidadian Fay-Ann Lyons is now enjoying the highest ever debut by a soca artiste at number three with her debut Break The World.
