Jamaica’s Tessanne Chin Advances to Live Rounds on The Voice

Jamaica’s Tessanne Chin has advanced to the live rounds of Season 5 of NBC’s mega hit talent competition, “The Voice”.

Last night, the Battle Rounds continued  and Tessanne demolished her team mate Ashley Dubose to secure her position on the live shows.

Showing her vocal range with Stronger by Kelly Clarkson, Tessanne was once again in control and dominated her opponent and was ultimately selected by her coach Adam Levine.

Judge Adam Levine, Chin’s team leader, rewarded her performance with a standing ovation.

“Tessanne, you made it sound so easy and then you took it to another level,” said judge Christina Aguilera.

Cee-Lo Green remarked that Chin had a “lioness kind of quality”, which could take her to the top.

In the end, Levine chose Chin as the winner of the round.

She is now on her way to the live performance segment of the show.
