Warner Brown Out of Reggae Boyz Friendly Against Martinique

Mount Pleasant striker Warner Brown has been ruled out of Jamaica’s upcoming friendly against Martinique.
The 23-year-old forward was originally included in Rudolph Speid’s 22-man squad selected for the international tune-up ahead of next month’s FIFA Inter-Confederation World Cup playoffs in Mexico.
However, Brown did not make the trip to Martinique alongside the rest of the Reggae Boys delegation.
Reports indicate that passport complications are preventing his participation.
The attacker had recently found the net in a training fixture versus the national Under-20 team, scoring the match’s only goal.
His absence marks the second withdrawal involving a Mount Pleasant player for the fixture.
Earlier, Jahshaun Anglin was removed from the squad after reportedly failing to attend the team’s first training session last Thursday.
Kick-off for Jamaica’s meeting with Martinique is set for 6 p.m. Jamaica time on Friday.
