JMMB Bank Implements New Fees and Paperless Initiatives
JMMB Bank, has announced a series of changes set to take effect early next year.
The bank aims to curtail costs by reducing paper usage and introducing new fees.
Starting February 1, JMMB Bank will be introducing fees for specific transactions.
Customers will now incur a charge of $25 for each withdrawal exceeding the initial four free transactions permitted.
Furthermore, a fee of $60 will be applicable for withdrawals made from non-JMMB ATMs.
In addition to the ATM-related charges, JMMB Bank will implement a “nominal fee” of $12 for transactions conducted on point-of-sale (POS) machines using the JMMB Bank Visa Card.
Going forward, customer statements will be disseminated via email, marking a departure from traditional mail delivery.
This shift not only aligns with global trends in digital banking but also underscores the bank’s commitment to reducing expenditure on paper and postal services.
