Jamaica’s Young Reggae Boyz Shine – Unbeaten in CONCACAF Boys’ U15 Championship!
Amidst the fervour of the 2023 Concacaf Boys’ Under-15 Championship, plenty of eyes are now on the rising stars from Jamaica – the Young Reggae Boyz.
The tournament in the Dominican Republic and Curacao has captivated many with Jamaica’s youthful football sensations making their mark in League A.
Jamaica’s rising stars have illuminated the tournament so far, stealing the show with their exceptional displays. A commanding 4-1 victory over Saudi Arabia on Monday showcased their remarkable skills and seamless teamwork.
And just a day prior, the Young Reggae Boyz clinched a narrow 1-0 win against El Salvador, further solidifying their dominance on the field.
The United States also etched an indelible impression, leaving a resounding mark with a stunning 10-0 triumph over Cuba.
In League B, the stage was set in Curacao, where captivating battles unfolded at the Ergilio Hato Stadium and Stadion Rignaal Jean Francisca. The day kicked off with Martinique’s commanding 2-0 win against Grenada, followed by Saint Lucia’s emphatic 5-0 triumph over the Cayman Islands.
A riveting clash between Nicaragua and Suriname kept fans on the edge of their seats, culminating in an exhilarating 2-2 draw.
Transitioning to League C, the Estadio Olimpico Felix Sanchez in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic witnessed an intense showdown between Dominica and Turks and Caicos Islands, culminating in an electrifying 1-1 draw.
In another closely contested match, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines displayed their determination, securing a slender 1-0 victory over the US Virgin Islands. Meanwhile, at the Estadio Panamericano in San Cristobal, Dominican Republic, Saint Martin exhibited their dominance, claiming an impressive 5-0 victory over Anguilla.
