‘Whisper’ Scores Hat-Trick As KC Beat Mona 4-2
On Saturday Kingston College earned a 4-2 victory of Mona High in their final ISSA/Digicel Manning Cup quarterfinal game at Stadium East.
Dujuan Richards scored in minutes 13, 33 and 87 minutes, to help propel the reigning Manning Cup champions to victory.
Nashordo Gibbs scored in the 91st to improve the scoreline for KC.
Damoi Whitfield and Zhaine Pinnock found the back of the net for Mona in the 48th and 55th minutes respectively.
KC now sits atop their quarterfinal group with nine points and will face St Andrew Technical High School in the semi finals.
Mona’s semi-final opponent will be Jamaica College.
