VIDEO: Jamaicans Will Soon Be Able To Download Digital Vaccination Cards
Persons who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 will be able to download a digital vaccination card from the Ministry of Health and Wellness’ website as of December 20, 2021.
Minister with responsibility for the portfolio, Dr Christopher Tufton made the announcement at Wednesday’s virtual COVID Conversations.
“The [digital] card will have a special feature called a quick response [QR] code to enable the information in the [physical] card to be validated,” Tufton said.
Individuals can visit the ministry’s website at vaxcert.moh.gov.jm to get their digital vaccine card.
