US President Tweets Video Of Usain Bolt Showing ‘RESPECT’ For America’s National Anthem

On Tuesday the President of the United States – Donald J. Trump tweeted out a video featuring Jamaica’s eight-time Olympic gold medallist Usain Bolt.

The video which was taken at the 2012 Olympics shows Bolt pausing during an interview to stand at attention as the U.S. national anthem begins playing.

Trump has in recent times lambasted players in America’s National Football League (NFL) who have opted to kneel during the national anthem to protest against racism and police brutality.

The video was posted with the following caption:

“Even Usain Bolt from Jamaica, one of the greatest runners and athletes of all time, showed RESPECT for our National Anthem! ?? ??
