Roots Singer Edi Fitzroy Dies

Reggae singer Fitzroy Edwards, more popularly known by his stage name Edi Fitzroy, has died.

He reportedly passed away at the May Pen Hospital in Clarendon on Saturday (March 4).

Fitroy was well known for a number of hit songs such as Princess Black, The Gun, and Check For You Once.

He was 62-years-old at the time of his passing.
