28 Persons Injured in Clarendon Crash
Some 28 persons were reportedly injured in a motor vehicle accident in the parish of Clarendon on Friday morning (September 9).
School children were reportedly among those who sustained injuries. They have been taken to hospital.
According to Loop Jamaica, reports are that about 8:30, a bus filled with passengers including school children, was travelling in Vernamfield, when it collided with a route taxi.
Sources from the area are reporting that some 28 persons, including a large number of students, were injured.
Police are now investigating the matter.
