Bolt Wins 200m at London Anniversary Games
Usain Bolt has won his first 200m race of the season.
On Friday (July 22) the world’s fastest man clocked a very respectable 19.89 at the London Anniversary games to win the event with consummate ease.
After exiting the block, the world’s fastest man ran a smooth bend before engaging the ‘thrusters’ to leave the field before slowing things down to cross the line with a dip.
His victory comes on the heels of a hamstring injury that less than a month ago forced him to withdraw from the national Olympic trials.
In a post race interview, Bolt dismisses his 19.89 run as ‘poor’.
