23-Month-Old Baby Found in Barrel in St Elizabeth
A 23-month-old baby was found dead in a barrel packed with clothes and foodstuff.
Investigators are now awaiting the results of an autopsy.
The deceased toddler has been identified as Jaydeen Myers of Grosmond, Braes River, St Elizabeth.
Jaydeen’s mother reportedly prepared her to have a shower on Saturday afternoon when she was distracted by other children.
Upon her return, the child was missing.
The lifeless body of the child was later found by a relative in a barrel which was standing upright.
