Buju Banton will be a FREE man says Entertainer’s Attorney
Buju Banton’s attorney is confident that the Jamaican entertainer will be a free man.
Attorney Charles Ogletree says the Jamaican press had gotten the information incorrect indicating that Buju’s request for appeal was not dismissed.
It had been reported by several media outlets across Jamaica that the US Court of Appeal had dismissed Buju Banton’s request for a new trial.
Mr. Ogletree explained to Irie FM’s Music News that the court ruled that it did not have jurisdiction to hear the argument but have asked that they go before the full court to argue the case.
