Alaine Laughton – A Jamaican Reggae Songstress
Jamaica’s Alaine Laughton (born September 21, 1978), more commonly known by her first name, is a Jamaican-American Reggae singer, songwriter, producer, and actress.
Many might not know this but in 1988, Alaine appeared in movie Clara’s Heart alongside Whoopi Goldberg. Through the late 1990s and early 2000s, Alaine lived in the United States and did songwriting and singing back up for Rocafella artists such as Cam’ron and Freeway.
She has produced many hit songs including, ‘Sacrifice‘, ‘No Ordinary Love‘, ‘Rise in Love‘, among many others. She is a renowned entertainer throughout many parts of the world.
