De Cordova-Reid Scores as Fulham Secures 3-1 Victory over Bournemouth
Jamaica international Bobby De Cordova-Reid put in a standout performance for Fulham FC as they secured a 3-1 victory against Bournemouth at Craven Cottage in Premier League action over the weekend.
De Cordova-Reid made an impact early on, netting the opening goal in the fifth minute, marking his sixth goal of the season.
The Jamaican capitalised on a defensive error by Lewis Cook to calmly slot the ball into the bottom corner, giving Fulham an ideal start.
In addition to his goal, De Cordova-Reid contributed to Fulham’s second goal before halftime, delivering a well-placed header that set up Rodrigo Muniz to double the lead in the 35th minute.
Although Bournemouth narrowed the gap with a goal from Marcos Senesi in the 50th minute, Muniz’s brace in the 52nd minute secured the win for Fulham.
The team effectively controlled the remainder of the match, consolidating their position in 12th place in the standings with 29 points, surpassing Bournemouth.
