Flippa Mafia Gets 25 Year Prison Sentence
Popular dancehall entertainer Flippa Mafia on Friday (June 3) received a 25-year prison sentence when he appeared in the Camden Superior Court in New Jersey.
Flippa Mafia, whose birth name is Andrew Davis was also ordered to pay a US$250,000 anti-money laundering profiteering penalty.
Attorney General Lougy at the sentencing reportedly stated:
“Andrew Davis thought he could live the good life in Jamaica with the hundreds of thousands of dollars he and his brothers reaped by shipping cocaine from California into New Jersey.”
Last December, “the Flossing King” as he is commonly referred to was found guilty of first-degree distribution of cocaine, second-degree money laundering, and second-degree conspiracy.
His brothers Kemar and Roger Davis – were sentenced in March to 20 and 10 years, respectively for their involvement.
