Jamaica’s ‘Axeman’ is Number One!

Jamaica’s undefeated professional boxer and current world featherweight champion Nicholas the ‘Axeman’ walters is sitting in the number one spot on the latest iteration of ring ratings by the popular boxing website Ringtv.Craveonline.com.

His most recent fight saw him beating Filipino star Nonito Donaire in impressive fashion last October.

He is scheduled to return to the ring on June 20 to battle another formidable opponent –  Miguel ‘The Scorpion’ Marriaga at Maddison Square Garden in New York.

Ukraine’s Vasyl Lomachenko holds second spot on the list with American Gary Russell Junior third.

The top 5 is completed by Abner Mares of Mexico and Evgeny Gradovich of Russia.
