Prime Minister Ralph Gonsalves Meets Vybz Kartel During Entertainer’s Visit to St Vincent and the Grenadines
Vybz Kartel, the popular Jamaican Dancehall artist, recently met with Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves of St Vincent and the Grenadines, also known as the “Vincy World Boss” and “Comrade Ralph.”
The meeting, which took place during Kartel’s visit to the island, was highlighted in a photograph shared with Kartel’s 2.7 million Instagram followers.
The post, captioned, “The Prime Minister of St Vincent & the Grenadines Ralph Gonsalves and his Beautiful Wife, Marlon Samuels and Myself,” has already garnered well over 100,000 likes.
While the nature of the meeting was not disclosed, the iconic photo quickly became a topic of discussion among Kartel’s fans.

Vybz Kartel, whose real name is Adidja Palmer, was recently released after serving 13 years for a murder conviction, which was overturned by the Privy Council.
Following this, the local Court of Appeal ordered that he not be retried for the matter.
The ‘Summer Time’ deejay has been dealing with various health issues, including Graves’ disease and heart problems.
Local media in St Vincent and the Grenadines have reported that Kartel is considering the country as one of three possible locations to pursue medical care.
