Aspiring Reggae Boy Mason Greenwood Strikes Again for Marseille, Three Goals in Two Games

Former Manchester United forward Mason Greenwood continues to make headlines in France, as he found the back of the net once again for Marseille in their 2-2 draw at home against Reims on Sunday.

Greenwood’s late header secured a valuable point for his team, bringing his goal tally to three in just two games for the French club.

Greenwood, who scored a brace on his debut against Brest, has quickly become a key player for Marseille.

The match against Reims saw Marseille take the lead through Amine Harit, but goals from Sergio Akieme and Yaya Fofana turned the game in favor of the visitors.

It was Greenwood’s timely intervention that ensured Marseille avoided defeat, as he rose to head home the equalizer.

This latest performance comes amid reports that Greenwood, who has one senior cap for England, is poised to switch his international allegiance to Jamaica.

As the 22-year-old forward continues to shine in Ligue 1, the prospect of him joining the Reggae Boyz adds an exciting dimension to his blossoming career.
