JFF Reveals Exciting 23-Man Squad for Concacaf Nations League Clash
The Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) has disclosed the 23-man squad that will represent the nation in the upcoming Concacaf Nations League matches against Honduras and Haiti later this month.
The revelation was made during a press conference held at the JFF’s headquarters.
One of the standout selections is 21-year-old right-back Tayvon Gray, who has earned his first call-up to the Reggae Boyz squad.
Gray, who plies his trade with New York City FC, was born in New York to Jamaican parents.
Despite previously representing the United States of America at the youth level, he has now committed his allegiance to Jamaica. Gray boasts an impressive list of achievements, including winning the Major League Soccer Cup in 2021 and the Campeones Cup in 2022.
The Reggae Boyz are gearing up to commence their Concacaf Nations League campaign, with matches scheduled against Haiti on September 8 and Honduras on September 12. Both fixtures will take place at the National Stadium in St. Andrew.
