19 Yr-Old Reggae Boy Lights Up The English Championship with Jaw-Dropping Goal!
19-year-old Jamaican international Dexter Lembikisa recently made a resounding impact with a spectacular debut goal, propelling his club Rotherham to a 2-1 victory over Norwich in the English Championship.
Lembikisa, currently on loan from Wolves, unleashed an unstoppable rocket into the net, sending the home crowd into raptures and setting the tone for an exhilarating match.
This breathtaking strike came in the 22nd minute, a moment that will surely be replayed on highlight reels for years to come.
Rotherham’s ascendancy didn’t stop there. Jordan Hugill, the sharpshooter, added a second goal to their tally after 40 minutes, expertly guiding a pinpoint cross from Cafu into the back of the net.
However, Norwich, undefeated in the Championship until this encounter, weren’t ready to concede easily.
They mounted a spirited comeback in the second half, with Christian Fassnacht capitalising on Jonathan Rowe’s delivery to slot home a crucial goal in the 50th minute. The Canaries ignited hope among their supporters as they sought to maintain their unbeaten streak.
The match continued to ebb and flow, with both teams creating chances that had fans on the edge of their seats.
Rotherham’s Hugill and Cohen Bramall orchestrated a dangerous counter-attack, narrowly missing the opportunity to extend their lead. Meanwhile, Norwich pressed forward relentlessly, coming agonisingly close to levelling the score on several occasions.
In the end, Rotherham held their ground, with Lembikisa even displaying his defensive prowess in the dying minutes to thwart the visitors’ efforts. Substitute Przemyslaw Placheta had a late chance to salvage a point for Norwich, but his effort sailed off target.
