Despite the mixed reactions over the steep price tag of J$1.5 million for the 12 exclusive Sky View suites at Chris Brown’s ‘Under The Influence’ concert, all the suites have now been sold out.

The announcement of the sold-out status was made by the organising team this week.

When the organisers first revealed the early bird ticket prices, including the luxurious Sky View suites, Jamaicans were taken aback and expressed shock, amusement, and criticism, calling the prices “exorbitant” and “sky-high.”

However, over the past two weeks, all 12 suites were snapped up by eager fans.

Solid Agency, co-organisers of the event, clarified that tier two tickets and cabanas are still available for purchase.

The ‘Under The Influence’ concert tour will be the highlight of the BZR Weekend in Jamaica.

Anticipation for a successful staging is high, as organisers are expecting over 50,000 patrons to participate in the mesmerizing 72-hour experience spread across five events.

The concert will mark Chris Brown’s return to the island after an absence of more than a decade.

In an exciting update, dancehall artiste Aidonia and Jamaica-born St. Kitts and Nevis-based dancehall artist Byron Messia have been added to the lineup, joining Teejay, Ding Dong andj Sean Kingston as supporting acts for the highly anticipated concert.

The concert will be held at the National Stadium in Kingston on August 27.
