Brilliant Bailey shines again for Aston Villa!
On Friday, Jamaica international Leon Bailey scored to help his club Aston Villa move up to 11th place in the English Premier League.
Villa, coached by Unai Emery took the lead via Bailey’s third minute goal before Emi Buendia doubled their lead in the second half.
A late goal for the visitors by Patrick Bamford set up a tense final few minutes in the entertaining encounter but Villa held on for the three points.
The victory has put Villa back in the fans’ good books following their shock FA Cup defeat at the hands of League Two Stevenage last week, and Bailey’s brilliant performance has undoubtedly helped him to seal a starting spot for the time being.
