INDECOM Director Reportedly Succumbs To COVID-19

Nigel Morgan, a director of complaints at the Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM), has reportedly died.

He passed away on Monday morning at the Kingston Public Hospital where he had reportedly been admitted after contracting COVID-19.

He has been a member of INDECOM since 2011.

There has been a surge in coronavirus cases across Jamaica in recent times.

To date, more than 38,000 people have been infected and nearly 600 deaths have been attributed to the virus across the island since the start of the pandemic.
