Passengers From JetBlue Flights Urged To Contact Health Ministry
The Ministry of Health and Wellness (MOHW) is asking persons who travelled on JetBlue flights to Jamaica on the following dates to reach out to the ministry – March 12, 14 and 17.
The JetBlue flight numbers are 659, 2959 and B2893.
Via a release Friday afternoon, the MOHW said JetBlue Flight 2959 arrived at Norman Manley International Airport on Thursday, March 12 at midnight; Flight B2893 arrived at Sangster International Airport at 2:14 p.m. on March 14; and JetBlue Flight 659 at Norman Manley International Airport on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 1:00 a.m.
The man who died from COVID-19 in Manchester, arrived on Jet Blue flight 2959 from New York on March 12.
Passengers who travelled on the flights are being asked to call: 888-ONE-LOVE (663-5683), 888-754-7792, 876-542-5998, 876-542-6007 or 876-542- 6006.
