Jamaica’s Toni-Ann Singh is Miss World 2019!

Singh bested 113 other contestants at the 69th edition of the pageant to take the highly coveted title.

She is now the fourth Jamaican to win the title.

The previous winners were Carole Joan Crawford in 1963, Cindy Breakspeare in 1976 and Lisa Hanna in 1993.

Singh earned an automatic spot in the top 40 after winning the pageant’s talent contest. 

She advanced to the final round of the competition along with Miss France, Miss Nigeria, Miss Brazil, and Miss India.
