Jamaica to Aid Guyana in Fight Against Crime, Popular Comedian Shares His Amusement (VIDEO)

Popular media personality and comedian Dwight Ross recently shared his amusement at news that Jamaica via the JCF will be aiding Guyana in its fight against crime.

Ross, who commonly goes by the name ‘ the Barrelman’ read segments from a recently published article that states:

“Jamaica is providing assistance to Guyana in strengthening its crime and security intelligence-gathering strategies and techniques, Police Commissioner Seelall Persaud has announced.

Addressing the annual police awards ceremony Wednesday, Persaud said the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) has begun conducting an assessment of the Guyana Police Force’s (GPF) crime and security intelligence system with the aim of recommending improvements.”

The visibly amused comedian then proceeded to decry the crime fighting agreement between both countries in hilarious fashion.

Ross uploaded the video with the following caption:

“This must be the biggest laugh. Jamaican police giving crime fighting and intelligence gathering assistance to Guyana. If this is not scamming I don’t know what is.”
