VIDEO: Too Many Worthless People Are in Jamaica – Comedian Dwight Ross

Popular Jamaican comedian Dwight Ross, commonly known as “The Barrelman” recently shared his views on poverty and the lifestyle choices some poor persons make in Jamaica via a social media video.

In the video posted to Facebook, Ross recalled growing up poor, having to attend primary and high school most times without lunch money.

The comedian appeared to be quite perturbed as he stated: “Too much worthless people are in Jamaica”, highlighting the fact that many persons who are considered poor seemingly make no real efforts to elevate themselves from poverty despite getting assistance from others.

He also encouraged his viewers to live within their means.
