1). Hair and Skin – Mangoes contain vitamin A, a nutrient that is required for sebum production which keeps hair moisturized. Vitamin A also plays an important role in the growth of all bodily tissues, including hair and skin. One mango can provide adequate vitamin C for a day which is crucial for the building and maintenance of collagen that provides structure to hair and skin.

  

2.) Aids Digestion –  The water and fiber content in mangoes aid in preventing constipation and help to promote regularity and a healthy digestive tract.
