The Ladies call him “Mr. Loverman”

This loverman, born Rexton Rawlston Fernando Gordon; January 17, 1966, Sturgetown, St. Ann, Jamaica) is a Jamaican dancehall musician.

He was easily one of the most popular dancehall artistes of his generation.

He is also widely regarded as one of the first Jamaican deejays to gain worldwide acceptance, and recognition.

His rough-sounding voice made him instantly recognized worldwide.

He earned several hit singles and albums on the U.S. R&B chart in the early 1990s, and became the first dancehall artist to win a Grammy Award”.
