Roc Nation Sports president Juan Perez confirmed that Hov has indeed earned his certification to work as an agent for athletes in the NBA. As of last week he had yet to unload his less than one percent stake in the Brooklyn Nets, a necessary move since NBA agents are not allowed to have ownerships in teams.
