A new jerk sauce created by an entrepreneurial Jamaican woman is now making mouths water in several places across the United States and other countries.
The creator – Joan Ortiz, who currently resides in Rochester, New York recently shared what prompted her to make her own sauce with The Jamaican Blogs™.
According to Mrs Ortiz, who is serious about staying in shape, she yearned for a sauce that would be tasty, but not cause her to gain weight. That yearning eventually led her to create Obsessions Marinated Jerk Sauce using natural ingredients.
And after receiving positive reviews from customers at her place of business – Obsessions Sports Bar and Grill, she made the necessary steps to have the sauce approved for production on a larger scale.
