Doug Gore’s Audi to be included in Top Gear event!

For those who are unfamiliar with Top Gear, it is the number one car TV show in the world.

The popular television show boasts an estimated 350 million views per week in 170 different countries.

A report from the Observer has informed us that DOUG Gore’s Audi TT-R DTM is scheduled to be a part of the Top Gear Festival to be held in  Barbados on May 17 and 18.

The car will be shipped to Barbados to be part of the event,” he told Auto.

The festival is a major achievement for the tiny island as it will be hosting to the live action version of BBC’s popular Top Gear TV show, featuring Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May.

The event is being held to help launch the multi-million dollar renovations to Barbados’ main circuit Bushy Park. This is the first ever visit of the Top Gear Festival to this side of the Atlantic.

Doug Gore is  happy to be a part of this event but we still don’t now who will be behind the wheel of the Audi.

“I don’t know yet if I’ll be driving or they’ll give it to the Stig,” he said.

The Stig is one of the more exciting characters on the Top Gear show. Always dressed in a full race suit and helmet and called their ‘tame racing driver’ he puts the cars to the test on the show’s circuit.

The Audi will be also be a part of the Rainforest Festival in Montego Bay on Ash Wednesday.
