Dunn’s River Awarded 2016 Certificate of Excellence From Trip Advisor

For the second year in a row Jamaica’s Dunn’s River Falls and Park has received the Certificate of Excellence from the popular travel website TripAdvisor.

The award has been in existence for six years and accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period.

Recipients include attractions from across the globe that have consistently provided a great customer experience.

To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.

After receiving the second award, Jomo Pitterson, manager of Dunn’s River Falls and Park stated:

“Earning this accolade for the second-consecutive year is a source of pride for the team, and we intend to make it a trend. The voices of our guests are among the strongest sources of instruction for us. We take this as a message to continue to elevate service standards so that patrons will always treasure the Dunn’s River experience”.

Earlier this year, Jamaica was listed as the best island in the Caribbean and the third best globally on TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice awards’ ranking of the best islands in the world.
