Rising Star Gully Bop offered new teeth by Overseas Dentists
Though Jamaica’s newest sensation – Gully Bop appears content with his missing teeth, there are numerous requests being made to him to have his teeth fixed.
If he so desires, he might be able to have his teeth repaired at absolutely no cost to him.
According to the Gleaner, two New York-based Jamaica-born dentists – Dr Dwight Williams and Dr Kerisa Harriott – are offering their services free of charge to ensure that new Internet dancehall sensation Gully Bop has a brighter smile.
The two professionals reached out to The Gleaner with their requests.
Dr Williams, a board-certified maxillofacial surgeon and founder of the Optimum Dental Care, a multi-specialty dental group practice located in north Bronx, New York, said Gully Bop first came to his attention when his wife Morvia Reid-Williams saw his video on her Facebook page.
“While viewing the video, I was in awe of how talented Gully Bop was and then I proceeded to watch some of his interviews on YouTube. What struck me about Gully Bop was his positive approach to life and the fact that he was living in the moment and as he claimed, this was ‘his time'” Dr Williams said.
Being a dentist, he said his attention was drawn to Gully Bop’s lack of dentition. “The idea came to me that if he was able to have proper dental care and improve his smile and general appearance, it could help him along his journey as the latest dancehall sensation” he noted.
Harriott, who is a former Miss Jamaica US pageant winner and a general dentist, said being a social media head, she discovered Gully Bop.
“I am a big reggae/dancehall fan, especially being married to music producer Paul ‘Cortellas’ Myrie. My husband and I were very impressed with his intricate flow and lyrics – he seemed like the original Gully God,” she said.
Harriott is of the opinion that Gully Bop is suffering from periodontal ‘gum’ disease, which affects many Jamaicans.
“Given Gully Bop’s new image, it is only fitting that he has nice teeth to match. After all, our smile is the most distinct facial feature,” she said.

nice
If unno fix Gully Bop’s mouth, he will lose a big part of his allure. People are fascinated by the Chin Gully Bop love story because it seemed so unlikely. If he becomes the dashing, handsome dude, then the story is no longer unlikely and becomes the proverbial Jamaican nine day wonder.
Great that would be so good. God bless America
Sort the youth out yes
Nice we need more people like you♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
a bop enuh
no trevor he needs his teeth
why they offer the service to poor inter-city children rather then a man who is making money he can afford to pay for them.
If gully bop don’t want it plus do it for me I need a smile. Can’t afford it.MF is my name.
he should accept the offer (y), no offense 😉
Yeah it’s about time he got that done sad to say it took an overseas dentist to do this, I guess the Jamaican dentist was waiting for Bop to come spend a money with them
Wonderful!!!!!!
