The Jamaican Blogs™ voted Best in News and Current Affairs at Caribbean Blog Awards
The Jamaican Blogs™ emerged a big winner at the recently held Caribbean Blog Awards, hosted at the Jamaica Pegasus.
The Caribbean Blog Awards honour the best in blogging, celebrating the leading online content creators for the region.
Several bloggers from the Caribbean were represented in the blog awards, covering six thematic categories, three special awards and two awardees for the Personal Achievement Award for Excellence in Blogging.
The competition which began in 2010 as the Jamaica Blog Awards saw almost 300 blogs being nominated.
Nominations for the various awards were submitted by members of the public.
The Jamaican Blogs™ emerged as the winner in the “Best in News and Current Affairs” category.
