Bunny Shaw’s Goal Helps Propel Manchester City to Top of Women’s Super League Table!

On Saturday, Reggae Girl Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw scored for Manchester City to help propel them to a 2-1 victory over Everton in the Women’s Super League in England.

Shaw seized on a misjudged back pass between two Everton defenders, calmly slotting the ball into an empty net in the 15th minute. This goal marked Shaw’s 15th in just 14 appearances for Manchester City in the Women’s Super League this season.

With this crucial win, Manchester City ascended to the top of the league table, maintaining their pursuit of the title.

Lauren Hemp extended City’s lead to 2-0 before Hanna Bennison’s impressive long-range strike narrowed the margin for Everton.

Despite their lead, Gareth Taylor’s side is only three points ahead of Chelsea, albeit having played one more game.

The title race remains tight, with City’s rivals holding a game in hand.
