A single mother in Jamaica experienced a life-altering moment three months ago when she became $100 million richer by hitting the Lotto jackpot.
The winning numbers, 08, 12, 13, 18, 19, and 26, were drawn on October 14, 2023, marking the start of a prosperous chapter in the winner’s life.
The fortunate winner expressed her joy and plans for the newfound wealth.
“I didn’t know how to react when I saw my numbers come up on the draw. It is such an amazing feeling, I’m so happy,” she said.
“The first thing I’ll be doing is putting some of the money into an investment account, ‘cause mi nah bruk again!”
The elated winner emphasised her commitment to securing a better future for her family, particularly for her children.
“I had a rough childhood, and I don’t want my children to go through that, so they are also my top priority. I’ll make sure their future is good, and they don’t have to worry about anything,” she stated.
