Koffee On Obama’s List Of Favourite Songs Of 2020

Jamaican reggae star, Koffee, has been featured on former United States President Barack Obama’s list of favourite songs for 2020.

Via a recent social media post, the former president credited his daughter, Sasha, for helping him to compile the list saying:

“Here are some of my favorite songs of the year. As usual, I had some valuable consultation from our family music guru, Sasha, to put this together. I hope you find a new song or two to listen to,” Obama tweeted.

One of the songs mentioned is the collaboration between British rapper J Hus and Koffee entitled ‘Repeat’, which was released in February of this year.

This represents another major boost for the 20-year-old Grammy award-winning artiste.

Earlier this year Koffee won the Best Reggae Album at the 2020 Grammys, making her the first woman to take home the award and the youngest person to do so.

Other entertainers making Obama’s  list include modern-day hitmakers Bad Bunny, Dua Lipa, Mac Miller, H.E.R., Beyoncé, Megan Thee Stallion and Jhené Aiko.
