Well Known Journalist Janice Budd Dies
Long time media personality and journalist Janice Budd has died.
She reportedly passed on Tuesday afternoon (January 2) following a battle with cancer.
Budd was an eminent figure in media having worked at TVJ, CVM TV and the former Jamaica Broadcasting Corporation (JBC).
Her most recent stint in journalism was at the Jamaica Observer newspaper before she went into public relations.
She was the communications manager at the Shipping Association of Jamaica at the time of her passing.
