Doctor Sent to Jail For Performing Abortion on 15-Yr-Old Girl
Another doctor has been placed behind bars for performing an abortion on a 15-year-old girl.
According to Loop News, the doctor was arrested by police officers from the Centre for the Investigation of Sexual Offences an Child abuse on Monday (September 28).
The doctor who is based in the parish of St Ann is scheduled to appear in court sometime this week.
The teenager is also reportedly in hospital in serious condition.
Another doctor based in Kingston was arrested two weeks ago after a report was made to police that he performed an abortion on a 15-year-old girl.
That doctor was arrested and charged.
