In 19.56 seconds, Jamaica’s Usain Bolt won the 200m men’s final at the IAAF World Championships in Beijing today.
America’s Justin Gatlin got a brilliant start but just could not keep up with Usain Bolt.
Bolt developed a considerable lead in the first half of the race and maintained it to victory in splendid fashion.
Gatlin clocked 19.74 seconds to finish second.
It was a very competitive final which saw four men register sub 20 seconds times.
