Minister of Agriculture – Roger Clarke is dead

Agriculture Minister Roger Clarke is dead.
He reportedly collapsed at the Fort Lauderdale Airport, Florida.
Mr. Clarke was in the company of his wife.
He was pronounced dead shortly after.
Mr. Clarke recently did back surgery in the Unites States.
During his absence Labour Minister Derrick Kellier was in charge of the agriculture portfolio.
Mr. Clarke was a senior member of government having served in the cabinet of previous PNP administrations.
At the time of his death he was MP for Central Westmoreland.
